orders and shipping FAQ

 

All orders are shipped out from my studio in Hackney - London, United Kingdom.

How long does it take to process an order once placed?

 

Please allow 7 working days from the date you place your order for the shipment to be processed. This time frame does not include the time taken for the order to be delivered after it’s been shipped. (refer to shipment times below)

You will receive an email once your order is on its way.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

 

If you need to make changes to an order, please get in contact as soon as possible using the contact form at the bottom of the home page. No changes can be made to your order once it’s been marked as shipped. Please ensure you’ve entered all your personal details correctly. I am not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

 

Can I return or refund my order?

 

Orders cannot be refunded or returned once you’ve received it. However, replacements can be sent out if the order arrives damaged. Please email photos of the damage through the contact form. Please include your order number in the form.

 

Shipping

 

 All orders are sent via royal mail. All shipment times are from the date of shipment *not from date the order was placed* you will receive a shipment email notification once it’s on its way. If you choose to select untracked shipping, a replacement cannot be sent out if the order doesn’t arrive. If the order is trackable and goes missing, a replacement can be sent out.

Royal Mail first class - £4

-              1 -2 day delivery aim from date of shipment notification. Not trackable.

 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour Shipping - £6

-              Aimed to be delivered 24 hours from date of shipment notification. You’ll receive tracking details along with the shipment notification email.

 

Collection

 

-              If you live in London or happen to be visiting and want to collect anything from me directly to save on shipping, please get in contact and this can be arranged. The studio is based in Hackney, E5.

Europe

 

International Standard - £8

-               3 – 5 business days from date of shipment email. Not trackable.

 

International tracked and signed - £14

-              3 – 5 business days from date of shipment email. You’ll receive tracking details along with the shipment notification email.

 

Rest of the World

 

International standard - £15

-              6 - 7 business days from date of shipment email. Not trackable.

 

International tracked and signed - £20

-              6 - 7 business days from date of shipment email. You’ll receive tracking details along with the shipment notification email.
